As a Foreman, you’ll manage job sites, lead apprentices, and work directly with company leadership. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly—on time, on budget, and up to Goldline’s standards. • Perform commercial service calls

• Supervise and train crew members including journeymen and apprentices

• Coordinate with owners/project managers to manage scheduling and materials

• Perform advanced plumbing work (rough-ins, finish plumbing, systems diagnostics)

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and code compliance on job sites

• Represent Goldline professionally to clients and inspectors

• Active PA Journeyman License (Master license a plus)

• Minimum 5+ years of field experience, including supervisory or lead role

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to manage small crews and work alongside them

• Must be physically capable of fieldwork (lifting, crawling, standing)

• Organized, punctual, and accountable

• $35.00-45.00 per hour
